Green roofs technology is quickly becoming a fundamental element of the emerging practice of living architecture, however they are much more than just an architectural or ideological construct. Our understanding of green roof design as an energy and water management system has grown immensily during the past decade and it is the combination of these feature of green roofswhich make them very attractive sustainable building solutions.
