Phase 2. Concept DesignAt this stage we prepare a full-colour proposed garden plan which includes a full-colour plant palette and sustainable services products to be considered. We give you a ball-park cost to undertake the project. There is still no obligation to proceed. Check out an example of a Concept Design to see what you can expect. |

Phase 3. DocumentationNow it’s time to get serious. You’ve decided to proceed and create that stunning outdoor living space with Green Rooms. Before we jump into the project we’ll need to get the documentation in place. Detailed and comprehensive documentation is vital for delivering the project on time and on budget. We’ll prepare the technical drawings for your approval, get detailed costs and quotes and any council approvals required on your behalf. All this needs to be done before we can get started.As a part of our documentation service we also prepare DA Landscape Plans for our clients. |

Phase 4. ConstructionOnce the documentation has been completed , we’ll appoint your onsite manager, engage the suppliers, order your materials and simply make it happen – seamlessly and with minimal interruption to your daily life! We’re available at call throughout the project and we also give you a weekly phone/email update so you’ll know exactly what stage we’re at throughout the whole project. |

Phase 5: Project CompletionAt the completion of the project, a Green Rooms professional will conduct an on-site inspection and thorough review with you. We will discuss with you what are the best options for maintaining your garden as looking after your investment is really important! We will also ask you to take part in a client survey as we really appreciate your thoughts on our performance. |

Phase 6. MaintenanceWhat makes our maintenance service rise above the rest is the fact that we maintain your garden with continual improvement in mind. We always ensure the garden is healthy and has vitality for years to come. Green Room’s sustainable maintenance programme incorporates a range of different organic and sustainable practices to encourage healthier soils and therefore healthier gardens. Green Rooms uses simple techniques such as organic fertilisers, composting, companion planting, early identification of diseases and natural pesticides to keep your garden looking its best. |
