STEP 1 : Initial Consultation

The initial visit by one of design team members is aimed at discussion on the goals of the project, the working budget and the timelines. We will exchange ideas with you and present to you our previous work so that you can feel comfortable. The meeting lasts about an hour or so and there is no obligation to proceed at this stage.

STEP 2 : Concept Plan

No house is built without a plan and neither should your garden. Landscape design is an integral part of any project in because it aids:

• The visualisation of the proposed design
• The transfer of an concept into reality

At this stage we prepare a full-colour proposed garden plan which includes a full-colour plant palette and sustainable services/ products to be considered. There is still no obligation to proceed.The initial concept plan is presented to you with a initial ball park cost estimate for Green Rooms to undertake the construction works.

STEP 3 : Documentation

After the approval of the concept plan we will proceed to complete a master plan which includes all necessary drawings, material specifications and itemised cost estimate for the works. This will be presented to you and this step completed the design stage.
